Polli:Nation Awareness Survey. Deadline 31st July, 2015

Contribute to some vital research by completing this quick survey on UK pollinators. The results will form part of a wider project called Polli:Nation, which aims to engage school children with pollinators and promote citizen science.

OPEN LETTER TO PARTICIPANTS AND SURVEY DOWNLOAD

Dear Participant

Thank you for agreeing to complete these surveys regarding awareness of pollinators within schools. The results will form part of a wider project called Polli:Nation, which aims to engage school children with pollinators and promote citizen science.

There are two surveys to be completed, one by the teacher and one by the students.

All results from this study will be confidential and neither schools nor individuals will identifiable.

1. Teachers survey – This should be completed by the school – only one is required per class.

2. Secondary school students survey – This should be completed individually by the students, with minimal help. It is estimated that it will take no longer than 20 minutes. 

3. Primary school student survey- download the simplified version of the survey which should be completed individually by the students, with minimal help. It is estimated that it will take no longer than 20 minutes. 

Please print the forms and complete hard copies. We then ask if you would return them to us by post to the address provided below. Please return these forms by 31st July 2015.
